Fort Worth will be hosting the Texas Library Association Conference from April 25 to April 28. Kendi is supposed to speak on the 26th at 8:15 am that day.
TLA has a program that is proud of espousing wokeness. From having insane woke leaders being speakers for the event to having Drag Queen after service hours, TLA embodies what Texas is against. What’s worse is that Fort Worth ISD will be sending librarians using your taxpayer’s money to attend this three-day event.
Kendi is the architect of the anti-racist movement that has now infiltrated most American schools. Just recently, at Southwest High School, it was exposed that the UT OnRamps English Rhetoric class had a book list filled with woke content, such as two of Kendis’s books, Stamped and How to be an Anti-Racist.
TLAs conference is nothing more than a training conference to create social justice warriors out of our librarians. As concerned citizens, we must call out whenever this grift is being promoted, especially here at home.
